The term covers a combination of procedures that varies by clinic. It is a convenient label and it carries no clinical meaning, which is why two quotes under the same name can describe different operations.

What Combining Actually Changes
Combining lengthens the time under anaesthesia and stacks two recoveries on top of each other. Whether that is reasonable depends on your health, the operations involved and the surgeon's judgement.
It is not a scheduling question and it should not be settled by a coordinator.
Timing After Pregnancy
Abdominal surgery works with the shape you have settled into. If you may have another pregnancy, that belongs in the conversation, because it changes the advice rather than the price.
Waiting is a common recommendation here and it is advice rather than a refusal.

A named surgeon for each part. An itemised quote. And a plan that is allowed to change after the examination, including into two trips instead of one.

Break both quotes into individual operations and compare them line by line. Two packages with the same name can contain different work, different implant decisions and different lengths of time in theatre.
Once they are itemised, the difference in price usually explains itself, and the cheaper one is not always cheaper.
Splitting It into Two Trips
If an examination suggests the combination is too much to do at once, the answer is two operations rather than a smaller version of one. Ask what that would mean for cost, for travel and for the interval between them, before you need to.
A clinic that has already thought about this will answer in detail. A clinic that treats the package as fixed has not been planning around you.
