Your journey

The Plan, Day by Day.

Written before you fly, so nothing about the week is a surprise.

DAY 0

Welcome to Istanbul

A private transfer meets you at the airport and takes you straight to your hotel. Settle in and rest. Nothing medical happens today.

  • Airport pickup, whatever time you land
  • Hotel check-in handled for you
  • Your consultant confirms tomorrow's schedule
DAY 1

Meet Your Team

Your surgeon and medical consultant walk you through the plan in detail, answer every question and complete your pre-operative tests, with a translator present if you need one.

  • Face-to-face consultation with your surgeon
  • Pre-operative tests at the hospital
  • The plan is confirmed, or changed if the examination says so
DAY 2

Procedure Day

Your procedure takes place at our partner hospital in central Istanbul, with a full surgical and anaesthesia team.

  • Transfer to hospital in the morning
  • Your consultant stays reachable throughout
  • Overnight stay if your procedure requires it
DAY 3-5

Recovery, Properly

You recover at your hotel with daily check-ins from your consultant. The recovery plan is built around real rest, not a hospital ward.

  • Daily contact from your consultant
  • Dressings and checks as scheduled
  • Nothing on the calendar you did not agree to
DAY 6-7

Istanbul, at Your Pace

When you are ready, light sightseeing along the Bosphorus, or simply the hotel. Your translator and consultant stay on call.

  • Optional, never scheduled for you
  • Translator available if you go out
  • Rest is still the priority
HOME

A Final Check, and a Written Plan

A final check-up, a clear aftercare plan and a private transfer to the airport. Your consultant stays reachable long after you land.

  • Final examination before you are cleared to fly
  • Written aftercare plan you take with you
  • Your consultant remains your contact

Exact dates depend on your procedure and are confirmed in your consultation. Nothing here is booked until you have spoken to your surgeon.

Five Things You Do Not Have to Arrange.

These are not extras and they are not upsells. They are in the quote because a week of surgery in a city you do not live in does not work without them.

  • Dedicated Medical ConsultantOne person runs your plan from the first message until after you land at home. Not a rota, not a shared inbox.
  • Personal TranslatorPresent at your consultation and reachable throughout your stay, so nothing important happens in a language you do not speak.
  • Airport and Hospital TransfersPrivate transfer between airport, hotel and hospital, arranged around your appointment times rather than the other way round.
  • Hotel Stay for RecoveryAccommodation booked as part of the plan, chosen for the days when moving around is the hard part.
  • Written Revision TermsAgreed before you book, not discussed for the first time if something needs revising.

Start with a Question, Not a Commitment.

Tell us what you are considering. You will get an honest answer about whether it suits you, what it involves, and what it costs, before anyone asks you to book.
