The terms on which this website is provided, and what it does and does not commit anyone to.
Two things belong in this page and only the clinic can supply them: the registered company name and address that provides this website, and the country whose law governs these terms. They are marked below and must be filled in before publication.
What this website is
This site describes aesthetic and bariatric surgery arranged in Istanbul: what the procedures are, how a trip is planned, what a quote contains and what happens afterwards. It is published so that someone considering surgery abroad can decide whether to start a conversation.
Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, the appropriate response is not to use it.
What it is not
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Reading a page, sending a message or receiving a quote does not create a contract, and nothing is booked until a written plan has been agreed with you by name.
Nothing here is medical advice or a diagnosis. Every plan is decided in an examination by the surgeon who would carry it out, and the examination can change or stop it. The medical disclaimer sets this out in full.
Accuracy, and what changes
The site is kept accurate to the best of our knowledge and it describes a service that evolves. Procedures, arrangements and the way a plan is built can change, and pages can be out of date between updates.
Where a page describes what is included in a plan, the plan you are given in writing is what governs. If the two differ, the written plan is the one that counts.
Messages you send us
Messages sent through this site reach us through WhatsApp or email; the site itself stores nothing. Send only what you are comfortable sending through those channels, and do not use them for anything urgent.
Do not send us confidential information belonging to someone else, and do not send medical records that were not asked for.
Other people's websites
Where this site links to another organisation, we are pointing at something we think is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.
Content and use
The text, drawings and layout of this site belong to the clinic. Reading it, sharing a link to it, or printing a page for your own use is expected and welcome. Republishing the text as your own is not.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, and do not use it to send anything unlawful.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, the site is provided as it is. We are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of a web page rather than a consultation, which is the reason the consultation exists.
Governing law
The law that governs these terms and the courts that would hear a dispute are to be confirmed by the clinic and stated here before publication.
