What We Put in Writing.

Four things are agreed before you book, in the quote rather than in conversation.

01

One Price, Itemised

Surgery, hospital stay, hotel, transfers and translator, quoted clearly, with no fees added later.

You get the quote in writing before you book. If something is not in it, it is not part of the plan, and we say so rather than leaving it to be discovered at the hospital.

02

A Named, Certified Surgeon

Every procedure is led by a board-certified specialist in that field. You are told who operates before you travel.

You will not meet your surgeon for the first time on the day. The consultation on Day 1 is face to face, and the examination can change the plan. That is what it is for.

03

Aftercare That Continues

A written recovery plan and ongoing contact with your consultant after you return home.

The plan does not end at the airport. Your consultant stays your point of contact, and the aftercare instructions are written down rather than explained once and forgotten.

04

Revision Terms, Up Front

Should a revision be medically required, the guarantee terms are explained clearly before you book.

Revision terms are part of the quote, not a conversation that starts only if something goes wrong.

Why There Is No Price List Here.

Two people asking for the same operation can get two different quotes, and the difference is medical rather than commercial. A price on a web page would have to ignore that, so we quote after we know something about you.

  • What the Quote Covers

Surgery, anaesthesia, hospital stay, hotel, transfers and your translator, listed as separate lines rather than one number. You can see what each part costs.

  • What Changes It

The technique your surgeon proposes, how long you need to stay, whether more than one procedure is involved, and what your health requires. These are decided by examination, not by email.

  • What Is Never Added Later

Nothing that is in the written quote changes after you accept it. If something is not in the quote, it is not part of the plan, and we say so before you book.

  • When You Get It

After the first conversation, in writing, before anyone asks you to commit. Asking for a quote does not book anything.

Start with a Question, Not a Commitment.

Tell us what you are considering. You will get an honest answer about whether it suits you, what it involves, and what it costs, before anyone asks you to book.
