Questions

What People Ask First.

If your question is not here, send it. You will get a straight answer.

How long should I plan to stay in Istanbul?

Most procedures need seven to nine days in the city, including the pre-operative day and the final check-up. Your exact stay is confirmed in your consultation, before you book flights.

Is it safe to fly home after surgery?

Only after your final check-up clears it. That check is part of the plan and it is the reason the last days are not optional.

Will someone speak my language?

Yes. A translator is present for your consultation and reachable throughout your stay. We work in English, Turkish, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Russian.

What is included in the price?

Surgery, hospital stay, hotel, airport and hospital transfers, and your translator. Anything not included is named in your quote, so there is nothing to discover later.

Can I combine more than one procedure?

Often, yes. It depends on the combination and on your health, and it is a surgical decision rather than a scheduling one. Ask in your consultation.

What happens at the first consultation?

Your surgeon examines you, goes through what is realistic, and confirms or changes the plan. A translator is present. Nothing is booked until after that conversation.

Who do I contact once I am home?

The same consultant who ran your plan in Istanbul. You are not handed to a general inbox.

What if the examination changes the plan?

Then the plan changes. The Day 1 consultation exists so that a decision made from photographs can be corrected by an examination.

Do I need a companion with me?

Not required, but many people bring one. Tell us in advance either way, because the transfers, the hotel booking and the hospital arrangements are made around the answer.

What if I decide not to go ahead?

Then you do not go ahead. Nothing is booked before your consultation, and asking questions does not commit you to anything.

How soon can I travel?

It depends on the procedure, your health and the surgical calendar. Give us a rough window in your first message and we will tell you what is realistic.

Start with a Question, Not a Commitment.

Tell us what you are considering. You will get an honest answer about whether it suits you, what it involves, and what it costs, before anyone asks you to book.
