Which one you need is a judgement about your skin and your history. It is the first thing an examination settles and it changes both the plan and the recovery.

Body quotes are often written per area. Establish what counts as an area, how many are in your total, and what happens if the surgeon recommends a different combination after examining you.

Fat Transfer Is a Second Operation Inside the First
If fat removed from one area is to be placed in another, that is additional surgery with its own planning and its own uncertainty. It should appear on the quote as its own line and be discussed as its own decision.
In general terms, what is expected to remain, and what is the plan if less does. A surgeon who is straight about that is easier to trust about everything else.
What the Result Depends on That Is Not the Surgery
Compression, movement, and time. Clinics differ in how firmly they set these expectations, and the ones that set them firmly are usually the ones whose results hold up.
Find out what you are expected to do at home, for how long, and what happens to the plan if you cannot. It is better to say that now than to discover it in week two.
